  • The regular categories refer to PIs, research professors, and post doctoral fellows.
  • The student categories refer to students working toward graduate degrees, hospital residents and interns, and laboratory technicians
  • The proof of ID is required for the undergraduate/high school student category such as a student ID or a student status letter.
  • Only online registration is available for APSN members.

Annual membership dues for 2024 is required if you want to get a discount on the registration fee. KSBNS members may pay for their membership dues along with paying the registration fee during registration process. APSN members should go to the APSN website, and pay the membership dues separately on the website. The confirmation of payment will take 7-10 business days. After that, they may complete the registration for the meeting as a member of APSN.

The registration fees for Category A-D includes:
  • Admission to the scientific sessions
  • Admission to the exhibition area
  • Admission to the poster area
  • Both printed and electronic conference proceeding
  • A lunch box will be provided only during each sponsor seminar, and the number of lunch boxes is limited.
  • Coffee breaks
The registration fees for Category E includes:
  • Admission to the scientific sessions
  • Admission to the exhibition area
  • Admission to the poster area
  • Electronic conference proceeding

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified in writing to the secretariat by email. The refund policy is as shown below. All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrants.
